Bob received his BS degree from the University of Maryland and his MS degree
from American University. He holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses, as well
as Life, Health and Variable Insurance licenses. He has lived in Columbia, MD
for 35 years and has been married to his wife Fran, a retired Howard County
educator for 45 years. Bob and Fran have two children and four grandchildren.
