After working as a firefighter and paramedic for twenty-five years, Rob
has come home to his second passion. Even as Rob rose to the rank
of battalion chief, he never stopped helping people with their financial
concerns. Rob spent many hours assisting his colleagues with such needs as
budgeting and investing. He gained a reputation as the “Go To Person” for
financial advice in the firehouse.
A leader and mentor in the firehouse, Rob has learned a financial partner is
the key to long-term success. Rob partners with his clients to create doable,
personalized financial goals and then provides the ongoing assistance
necessary to help achieve those goals.
Through his partnership with Paladin Advisor Group, a PlanMember
Financial Center based in Elkridge, Maryland, Rob guides clients towards
success in the following areas:
• Federal, state and local pension analysis
• Creating lifetime income for those without a pension
• DROP plan strategies
• Review of current investments
• Tax reduction strategies
• College funding
• Long-term care
Rob is a graduate of the Johns Hopkins University with a MS degree in
Management and holds FINRA Series 7 & 66 securities licenses, as well
as Life and Health insurance licenses. Rob has lived in the Annapolis area
since 1997 with his wife, Vanessa and teenage son, Shane. In his spare
time, he loves spending time with his family, woodworking, and sailing on
the Chesapeake. Rob is also passionate about helping those in need and
has served on a team supporting Haitian orphans. He has also used his
carpentry skills to help rebuild areas devastated by hurricanes.
Rob brings the same passion and commitment demonstrated over his fire
service career to each of his clients. He has a special place in his heart for
those in public safety and their financial success.
