Ashley Aguilar brings more than 18 years of financial industry experience to her work at Paladin Advisor Group. She spent a significant part of her career in the operations department of a broker-dealer, where she developed a detailed understanding of how financial firms actually work from the inside out.

That operational foundation shapes how she serves clients today: with precision, efficiency, and a genuine commitment to getting things right.

Born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, Ashley graduated from the University of Nevada Las Vegas with a bachelor's degree in Film Studies before relocating to Maryland in 2017.

Outside of work, she can be found exploring new places with her husband and daughter, honing in her photography skills, attending concerts, or settling in for a good binge-watch.
